I’m Pauline Oille (pronouced "oil"), founder of Align Transactions. With over six years of experience in real estate and a passion for organization, I provide reliable, detail-oriented support to agents, brokers, and clients throughout Northern Nevada and beyond.

 

As a licensed real estate professional and commissioned notary, I understand the fast-paced demands of this industry. I started Align Transactions to offer transaction coordination, listing support, mobile notary, and showing partner services all under one roof — so real estate professionals can stay focused on their clients, while I take care of the rest.

 

I’m known for my professionalism, calm presence, and commitment to making every transaction smooth, compliant, and on time. Whether you need full-service coordination or flexible support, I’m here to make sure everything aligns — from listing to closing.

 

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time family & friends, outdoors like hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, camping, etc. I love road trips! One of fave hobbies is capturing Northern Nevada’s beauty through landscape photography, sunrises & sunsets. I lived here for over 20 years and enjoy staying connected to my community.
